Employer Benefit Programs: Coverage can vary between policies, reviewing your particular policy coverage (% covered, co-pay requirements, maximum coverage, etc) with your HR can be helpful.
ICBC Clients: With a ICBC claim number within 12 weeks from date of accident treatments are directly billed to ICBC (out of pocket cost $0.). Following the 12 weeks from date of accident, extensions must be approved by the ICBC adjuster assigned to your claim.
MSP Clients: Treatment fees are partially covered. Remainder of the fee will charged in the form of a user fee of $40 for MSP eligible clients for subsequent visits and surcharge.
